There no floor or dips. This is Called the accumulation zone. Anything before the release is a smart buy. Nothing is expensive here. 10M is a 10X from here. I personally think anything below 15M is cheap

Sells don’t even matter pre release. It’s strictly just a time to position. Floor will hold strong no matter what cause there’s been people holding for a long time and adding dips with no intent to sell. Drops only happen from swing traders and panic sellers
